We ARE a business and we offer paid services. We are humans, though! If you need a bit of extra time to pay your bill, (we’ve all had ramen weeks at school) or funds are too tight, simply let us know. We’re more than happy to help out.
However, If our generosity is taken advantage of (ie patterns or habits), you neglect to pay your bill or reach out to us in that regard, your account and services will be suspended 10 days after the due date.
It is your responsibility to check your e-mail/voicemail and stay on top of your invoice payments.
We don’t like talking about it, but part of a business is keeping our resources available for clients. If you fail to pay your overdue balance within 3 weeks (21 days) of the initial due date, your services will be terminated and ALL DATA LOST.
You will still owe said overdue balance as you have used and agreed to pay for the services.
Again, we’re humans and we understand that life isn’t always straightforward or easy. We pride ourselves in not treating our clients like numbers. If you need more time, or even an ear to listen, please reach out to support. ☺️
They are lame. But we also have a business to run that costs money.
If you fail to pay an overdue balance within 60 days of your account/service being terminated (81 days past due date), your debt may be sold to a 3rd-party collection agency and may affect your credit.
We don’t take pleasure in this nor is this decision made light-heartedly. We will do everything in our power to help you pay your balance or come to an agreement before anything gets to this stage.
